Exchange Policy

Exchange policy has been framed to help safeguard the interests of a bonafide customer and a seller on SYC platform.

Definition of terms in this policy :
  • Products - Courses or Worksheets.

  • SYC - Search Your Courses organisation and its shareholders.

  • SYC platform - Is the Search Your Courses marketplace inclusive of its categories, products, courses and payment gateway.

  • Customer - A person who has bought a product by paying the full order value on the SYC platform and has received a confirmation of purchase from SYC platform.

  • Seller - Is the SYC registered edtech startup or brand that sells its courses on SYC platform.

  • Exchange - Your order will be exchanged for a new identical product of a different size or color.

  • Replace - The product in your order will be replaced with an identical product in case it is damaged (broken or spoiled) or defective (has a functional problem that causes it not to work).

Exchange is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you as a customer of SYC. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same Exchange policy. For all products, the Exchange/replacement policy provided on the product page shall be final, binding and prevail over the general Exchange policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable exchange/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this Exchange policy

For any products for which an exchange is to be given, the exchange will be processed once the original product has been received by the seller.

'In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for SYC & the seller to investigate.'
